What inspired you to join the Evaluation Lab?
My interest in the Evaluation Lab stems from my background in engineering project coordination, where I saw the power of data in driving impactful decisions. I’m passionate about using data not just for efficiency, but for equity. The Lab’s focus on social justice aligns with my values, and I’m excited to contribute to meaningful, community-centered work while strengthening my skills in data analysis and evaluation.

How does your work with the Lab support your career goals?
Working in the Evaluation Lab directly supports my career goal of becoming a data-driven project manager in the public or nonprofit sector. The Lab allows me to apply and refine my skills in data analysis, visualization, and impact evaluation—tools essential for evidence-based decision-making. This experience also helps me align technical work with social impact, which is central to my long-term professional vision.
