What inspired you to join the Evaluation Lab?
As an economics and data science major, I was drawn to the Evaluation Lab because of its commitment to providing data-driven solutions. The chance to contribute to meaningful, community-based work while developing my skills in evaluation and analysis is something I find both valuable and motivating.

How does your work with the Lab support your career goals? 
I am pursuing a career in data analysis with the goal of using data to address real-world challenges. My work at the Evaluation Lab allows me to apply and refine those skills in a professional setting, contributing to projects that help community organizations evaluate their impact and make data-informed decisions. This experience supports my long-term career goals in the field of data analytics.
