This third annual festival offers:

  • 🎵 Live Canadian music across genres
  • 🍟 Poutine, Canadian beer, and other cultural foods
  • 🏒 Canadian sports skills workshops with WMU Athletics, local coaches, and Premier Athletics
  • 🪘 Cultural experiences – Genealogy, Indigenous traditions, step dancing workshops
  • 🗣 Multilingual and accessible programming – Sign Language interpretation, auditory QR codes, mobility access
  • 📜 Presentations by subject matter experts on Canadian history and culture

Why Attend?
Experience the sights, sounds, and tastes of Canada without leaving Kalamazoo. From music and food to history and sports, the CanAm Peace Jam is designed to bring people together in friendship and cultural appreciation.

This year’s festival is free and open to all ages, perfect for students looking to explore diverse cultures, enjoy great music, and connect with the community.
