Meeting Rooms

Waldo Library meeting rooms are available to Western Michigan University faculty and staff for University business and discussion‑based gatherings. Light food is permitted, with all arrangements and cleanup handled by the reserving group. Meetings that require additional resources or advance planning may be subject to cost‑recovery fees.

Meeting Room 3001

Features: Large wall-mounted monitor, conferencecam and whiteboards.

Maximum capacity: 12 

Location: Waldo Library, third floor near the rotunda.

Meeting Room 3027

Features: Large monitor on a cart and conferencecam.

Maximum capacity: 20

Location: Waldo Library, third floor in the northeast corner near the Graduate Student Commons.

Meeting Room 3077

Features: Large wall-mounted monitor, conferencecam and whiteboards.

Maximum capacity: 20

Location: Waldo Library, third floor in southeast corner near the bathrooms.

Meeting room use

Rooms are available exclusively to WMU faculty and staff on a first-reserved, first-served basis. Students and groups outside the university are prohibited from reserving these spaces through the online reservation system.

Rooms are offered as-is.

Room keys will be available from the first-floor service desk at Waldo Library.

Individuals will be required to present a picture ID to check out the key.

Instructions for using technology will be posted in each room. Limited on-call support is available Monday through Friday up until 5 p.m.

Furniture must be returned to its original configuration before leaving.

Trash must be disposed of in receptacles available immediately outside rooms.
