Group Visits and Room Reservations

Group Visits to the Dining Center

  1. Please call the Dining Services at (269) 387-4844 to schedule a group visit to the Student Center Dining (3rd floor of the Student Center) or the Valley Dining Center at (269) 387-4836 at least 2 weeks in advance. (Room reservation is not required to visit the dining centers; your group may schedule a visit without reserving a private dining room.)
  2. Visits may be scheduled for week days (Monday through Friday) and are available on a first-come first-serve basis.
  3. Meal purchases or meal plan swipes for all guests are required. Groups may pay using a fund/cost center (internal groups), a single credit card, or a check made out to "WMU Dining Services."

Failure to show for your scheduled visit without a 48-hour notice will result in a $25 cancellation fee billed to the responsible party. Please call to cancel your visit.
