Western Michigan University opens new food marketing hub with $500,000 gift from Meijer

Western Michigan University announced a $500,000 donation today from Meijer to create a hub for the food marketing program, which will benefit food marketing students, faculty and industry partners. The food marketing program at WMU Haworth uses Experience-Driven Learning to help students grow as professionals, preparing them for a rewarding career in the industry.

Three WMU food marketing students awarded scholarships

Three Western Michigan University students majoring in food marketing have been awarded scholarships from Grocery Manufacturers’ Representatives (GMR) of Grand Rapids. These students were recognized by the organization for their excellence in academics and passion for the food marketing industry.
