Alumni

Once a Bronco, Always a Bronco.

Your connection to Western Michigan University's Department of Geological and Environmental Sciences doesn't end at graduation. Our alumni are an important part of our department's history, identity, and future.

Whether you graduated last year or decades ago, we'd love to hear from you, celebrate your successes, and welcome you back to campus.

Annual Spring Geoboree Celebration

Our annual Spring Geoboree brings together students, faculty, staff, alumni, and industry partners to celebrate the geosciences and the accomplishments of our students.

The event traditionally features student research presentations, professional networking, student awards, and opportunities to reconnect with the department.

We encourage alumni to return to campus, reconnect with old friends, meet our current students, and see what's happening in the department.

Event dates, schedules, and registration details will be shared as they become available.
