How to apply

Step 1: Apply to WMU

Submit your general application and select your intended music major. If you're applying to more than one music program, one application is all you need.

Step 2: Submit your music application

After you apply to WMU, complete the separate School of Music application. This is where you'll share your musical background and select your preferred program(s).

Step 3: Complete an audition or interview

Every new music student attends an audition day to audition or interview. You'll choose your date when you submit your music application.
