Dr. Ashlyn Kuersten won the MAC’s 2026 Outstanding Faculty Award for Student Success. As director of WMU’s Cold Case Program with Michigan State Police, she’s created a pipeline to career success for students who work alongside detectives to find justice in unresolved homicide and missing persons cases.
