Kate Elder

Kate Elder obtained her bachelor’s degree in English from Western Michigan University in 2015 and her Master’s in medieval literature from WMU in the Spring of 2019. She has been teaching part-time in the English Department since 2017. Kate’s research interests include the morality of fairy magic in medieval romance, as well as analyzing young adult fiction through a medieval lens.
