Student Professional Readiness Series (SPuRS) Sponsorship

Sponsorships of the SPuRS program benefit our students and our employer partners. SPuRS guides business students through professional development activities, preparing each student to transition from college to career.

By becoming a sponsor, you will be able to provide valued direction, support and guidance to students with your time and experience. Involvement on campus will establish your company as a leading supporter and recruiter of business students.

Existing professional development workshops:

  • Interview panel
  • Practice Interview Day
  • Resume Critique Day
  • Mock Career Fair
  • Company Q&A (info session)
  • Bring Your "A-Game" to Work
  • RSO meeting (as available)

New development workshop and presentation ideas:

  • Personal budget
  • Time management
  • Negotiation strategies
  • Social media presence
  • Job search ethics
  • Personal branding
  • Conflict management
  • "Elevator pitch" competition
  • Meeting management

Do you have a new idea you’d like to see? We would love to partner with you on creative events to help our students gain the career skills that will set them apart.
