Jodi Ward

As Systems Specialist Senior, Jodi  works with graduate staff and faculty on the review processes for graduate applications. She troubleshoots CRM system issues, coordinates graduate education policy and procedures across University platforms and monitors graduate records for accuracy and data standards. Her responsibilities include managing the day to day operations for domestic graduate admissions, data-driven decision-making , and supporting members of the enrollment team.
