I offer Swedish/relaxation massage, cranial base and sacral release/decompression (gentle holding of head and sacrum), deep tissue massage, and reflexology. My massage work is trauma-informed, so if you have an old or recent traumatic experience, we start slow and comfortable so that your brain can practice integrating your thoughts with your body while receiving massage touch.
