Equity and Implicit Bias Training for Administrative Searches
The Equity and Implicit Bias Training for Faculty and Administrative Searches Policy requires that all members of academic affairs faculty and administrative search committees complete implicit bias training prior to starting a search process. To support these efforts and our commitment to promote a diverse, equitable and inclusive University culture, Academic Affairs will host a series of implicit bias trainings throughout the year. Upon finding a date that works for you, register for the event using our online registration.
If the currently scheduled training sessions do not meet your timeline, Colleges or Departments with time-sensitive requirements may request a special virtual training session for their search committee or group by emailing @email.
